TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK (AMERITAX)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK (operating as AMERITAX) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services
KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK provides professional tax preparation, accounting, and IRS resolution services including:

Personal and business tax preparation (Form 1040, corporate returns, LLC, partnerships, S-Corp)
IRS problem resolution and representation
Tax planning and consultation services
"Preguntale a Luis" professional consultation program for tax preparers
Accounting services for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations

3. Professional Services
Luis Parra is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

4. SMS Text Messaging Services
By providing your phone number and verbal consent during phone consultations, you agree to receive transactional text messages from KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK, including:

Secure payment links for service purchases
Appointment scheduling links (Calendly)
Purchase and appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling (718) 584-8097.

5. Preguntale a Luis Membership Program
The "Preguntale a Luis" program is exclusively for professional tax preparers. Membership terms include:

All consultations must be scheduled via Calendly after purchase
Consultations are conducted via Zoom during specified hours (weekdays after 7:30 PM ET, Saturdays after 7:00 PM ET)
Consultation questions must be submitted by email one day prior to the scheduled appointment
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other tax preparers
Unused consultations remain available until December 31, 2026
Consultation hours are subject to program availability (February 2 through May 16)

6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service booking or membership purchase. We accept payments through our secure Stripe payment processing system. All sales are final. Consultation fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

7. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments must be scheduled through our Calendly system or by contacting our office. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in service limitations.

8. Consultation Services Disclaimer
The consultation and advice provided by KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK are based on the information provided by the client. While we commit our professional expertise and experience to every case, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes with the IRS or other tax authorities. IRS resolution services are not a guarantee that the IRS will discontinue collection activities or accept proposed resolutions.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information
Responding to requests for documentation in a timely manner
Maintaining copies of all tax documents and records
Reviewing all prepared documents before filing
Notifying us immediately of any changes to contact information

10. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws, including IRS Circular 230 and state CPA regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability
KEY ACCOUNTING OF NEW YORK's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bronx County, New York.
